The property is located at the foot of the beautiful Stara Planina at the centre of a small town which is 23 km. from the old capital of Bulgaria Veliko Tarnovo and 13 km. from the beautiful mountain town of Elena. It consists of a house, a summer kitchen, farm buildings and a small garden. The brick house on stone foundations is built in 1935 and at the moment some construction-repair work is being carried on by the present owner. Although old, the main building is supplied with electricity and running water inside and a definite plus for the property is the presence a septic tank. The garden is relatively small (750 sq. m.), flat, very well maintained and fertile with a well which makes its watering easy during the summer. The town itself is quiet and peaceful, with a lot of food shops, pubs, a kindergarden and regular bus connections to the nearest towns. It has just started the development of vine-growing and moreover, it is quite appropriate for fishing, because of its proximity to a big river.
