The flat is situated on the fourth floor, in the outskirts of the town. It comprises 90 sq. m. of living space divided into four spacious rooms connected  with a long corridor, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is transformed into a living room and a small niche.  There is a premise where you can install a washing and drying  machine. Running water and electricity are available in the apartment  and a telephone line can be installed upon your request. The apartment also has a basement located  in the ground floor of the block. There are two terraces revealing wonderful views towards the town. The town of Elhovo provides all modern conveniences – a hospital, a post office, schools, a regular transport, a mobile service, a cable TV, an Internet access, restaurants, shops, cafes. Elhovo is located on one of the valleys of the river Tundja where you can go swimming. There is a park with a small forest at the end of the town where you can go for a walk or for a picnic. This region is one of the most preferable regions in Bulgaria among  UK families because of its amazing nature, fresh air, friendly people and calm life.
