The village of Pchela is situated  only 8 km away from the town of Elhovo – one of the most sought after regions by UK families.

A solid, one-storey  house located at the end of the village,revealing a marvelous view towards the whole village. The living space is 50 sq. m. It consists of two rooms and a corridor. The building is very substantial – brick built. There is running water ,a bathroom, a septic tank and electricity available in the house and a telephone line can be installed upon your request. The toilet is outside the mansion but it is possible a new one to be built  inside. The plot extends to 1200 sq. m. It is not being cultivated at present -  there are  bushes that  need to  be removed away. A dirt  road  leads to the  house and an asphalt road  is located about 100 m. away from the house. The village provides all main services- a medical centre, a post office,  a mobile service, a cable TV, a regular transport, supermarkets, cafes.  The area offers different kinds of leisure activities- there are woody lands and forests in the area where you can go  hunting  or just for a walk, near the village are located a few artificial lakes where you can go fishing.
