The village where this property is located ( Govedartsi)  is a quite famous, with several food stores, restaurants, cafes and family hotels. It is the only village in Bulgaria with own ski run.
The area is suitable for skiing and snowboarding, rural tourism, long walks in the mountain and real recreation away from the city stress.
