The house is situated at the south end of a small village only 15 km away from the regional centre of Veliko Tarnovo. The house is built on one floor offering accommodation of 65 sq. m. and briefly including a hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. The house benefits from an additional building which comprises of a kitchen, a living room and another bathroom with a toilet.
In the house, there is also a basement of 30 sq. m. which can be converted into a lounge.
Inside the rooms are brought up to modern standards, the bathrooms are fully equipped; outside the house is freshly rendered and paneled with decorative stones.
Electricity and water are provided. A telephone line can be installed upon a request.
The garden is 2100 sq. m. big and it comes with a barn, a shed and a small vineyard.
