The village, where the house is located is 10 km. away from the highway Varna-Shumen, 58 km away from the Black sea and 34 km away from the city of Shoumen. The nearest airport - Varna Airport is  55 km. away from the village. The Pobitite Kamuni (Rammed Stones) are 18 km west of the city. They were formed by erosion about 50 million years ago.
The house has living area of 90 sq.m.. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, an entrance, a WC with bath-tub, a summer kitchen, new roof, new made external and internal plaster the house, new PVC-woodwork and wood-doors, wooden floors, barbecue, septic-tank. The garden is 670 sq.m . You will find the tranquility and pleasure of the Bulgarian nature here. The climate is warm and dry.  Some foreigners have already bought several houses into the village. There are plenty  of monuments in this region of Bulgaria: The most remarkable monument in the preserve is the unique rock bas-relief Madara Rider. The Madara Rider is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage. Two of the national sanctuaries - the ancient capitals Pliska and Preslav - are also located here. There is also an opportunity for fishing and hunting around the forests nearby. A new golf course is going to be build near the village.
