The Bulgarian land is situated in the village 18 km away from the town of Lovech. Lovech is one of the most senior populated areas in Bulgaria. The leads from human activity, that are funded  in Lovech, date from most in hoary antiquity. Lovech is located in region on two banks of the  river of Osum. It consists in peculiar symmetry between the mountainous and flat relief.
In the hamlet, where the plots situated are, there are 250 inhabitants.
The land is 25249 sq. m. big and it is agricultural. The land comprises of 10 plots. They are distributed as follow:

2300 sq. m. plot of land;
1025 sq. m. plot of land;
5269 sq. m. plot of land;
1915 sq. m. plot of land;

The region is clear and appropriate for fishing and rural tourism. The nature is exceptionally magnificent and it is rich in springs. There is a dam nearby. The place is rich in game that makes the region suitable for hunting. The highway Sofia-Varna is very close to the area.
