This two-storey stone house is situated at the end of a small village 45 km away from the town of Kardjali. The house provides 160 sq. m of living area. The area of the garden is 1600 sq. m. It is planted with fruit trees. In the house, there is a cellar of 10 q. m. On the ground floor, there are three rooms and a foyer with concrete flooring, stone walls and a wooden window frames. An indoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find four rooms, a foyer and two bathrooms. The flooring here is wooden. Also a balcony in the house is available, which shows nice views. The toilet is external, but it is possible an internal one to be built. The house is fully supplied with electricity and running water. A septic tank is also provided. After some repair work of the roof and a new septic tank the house will become a cozy rural home. A small building is available in the garden (10sq.m), which can be used as a storage room. An asphalt road leads to the house.
The village itself is a small and peaceful one. It offers local food shops, cafe, church, police office, medical centre, a regular bus transport, etc. The area is suitable for rural tourism, mountaineering, hunting and fishing.
