This one-storey house is situated 20km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. It is an old property, built in 1975, which spreads over 50sq.m of living area and 900sq.m garden. It comprises of three rooms and a hall with wooden flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. There are two additional buildings and a cellar of 5sq.m. The estate needs a solid repair work.
