We offer to you a rural house. It is located in the centre of the village, 25 km. away from the city of Pleven.
It is one-storey house with living area of 60 sq. m. The house was built in1958. The permises are distributed as follows: A basement 16 sq. m. big. The first floor embrace three rooms, entrance, and a corridor. Flooring is wooden. The walls are with wallpapers. The windows are two-wing and glazed. Electricity and water outside are provided. WC outside is available. For heating firewood and electricity can be used.
The house needs refreshment and cleaning.
An asphalt road leads to the house and makes it reachable all year.
The garden of the house is 850 sq. m. big. There is a summer kitchen 20 sq. m. big, farm buildings and fruit trees. There is a good opportunity for a garage to be built.
The village offers a post office, culture center, mayor office, church, shops, and a café. There is transport available by train and by bus. Near the house, there is a main road. In proximity to the house Vit River is located. It offers good opportunities for fishing and hunting.
