This one-storey house is situated 55km away from the town of Kardjali and spreads over 50sq.m of living area and provides some 600sq.m garden. Built in 1950 the property consists of 4 rooms and a hall with wooden flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. There is a cellar of 5sq.m; garage for one car and an additional building of 10sq.m. The house is in a bad condition and needs total refurbishment. A new septic tank needs to be built as well. Electricity can be easily reconnected; running water is supplied. The road leading to the property is 8km good quality dirt road, which is accessible during the winter.
The population of the village is about 10 people. There are no local shops and regular bus transport but a mobile shop brings goods to the village once a week. The XVI c. Ottoman work of art - Devil’s Bridge is only 5km away - great area for hiking and relaxation. Arda river is also at the distance of few kilometers. The area is appropriate for fishing, hunting, walking, picnics, etc.
