The village is situated only 20 km away from Plovdiv and 103 km away from the ski resort Pamporovo. It is in close proximity to a lake suitable for fishing. Asphalt road is leading to the property and it is approachable even in wintertime. There is also full mobile coverage available in the village.
The house is in the center of the village. It is one-storey building with 160 sq. m. built-up area and courtyard of 600 sq. m. area.
