This building at shell stage is located at one of the ends of a village 30 km. away from the big town of Stara Zagora. It is accessible through a dirt road. It stands at the front end of a vast (1505 sq.m.) regulated plot of land. There is not electricity and running water available, but it is easy to supply. Telephone line can be installed too. The land is planted with fruit trees. Village stands at expensive plain with fantastic view and fresh air. It offers two groceries, café-bar and supplied bus transport to the town.
