This one-storey stone house  is located at the end of a tiny and quiet village. The property spreads over 80sq.m of living area which includes four rooms and a hall- all of them are with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. A garden of 1000sq.m is provided. Running water and WC are available outside of the house. There is no bathroom inside but it is easy to be built. Electricity can be reconnected; a new septic tank is required to be built. There is an additional building next to the property which can be transformed into a summer kitchen or a guest house which you can warm up by woods or by electricity during the winter. It is an old property but once transformed it can be an ideal place to spend your vacations.
A dirt road of 500m leads to the property which is reachable throughout the year. There are no local shops but twice a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. At a distance of 3km there is another bigger village where you can find all the other necessary amenities, food shops and cafes. The region is appropriate for rural tourism and mountaineering. It is at a distance of 130km from the ski resort of Pamporovo and 300km away from the sea resort of Sunny Beach. The town of Kardjali is about 30km away from the village. The view from the house shows the beautiful nature of the mountains.
