The village is friendly and stands 30km. away from Pleven(the seventh largest city in Bulgaria) and 20km. away from the town of Dolna Mitropolia and just 1km. away from River Iskar offering great opportunities for the keen fishermen. It supplies amenities for a normal living including several food stores, health service, café, cable TV and public bus transport to the towns.
The region is peaceful, fresh aired and beauty natured.
The house is a single storey one and offers 60 sq.m. of living area distributed over three rooms and a corridor. There are wooden flooring and windows frames, white washed walls.
The house has a stable construction and it is built of bricks, but it needs a particular repair including some work on the roof and the mending of some slight cracks.
