The estate is located  near the centre of the village and is accessible through two roads (an asphalt and a paved road) on both of its sides. The total living area it offers is 40 sq. m. divided into two rooms and a small corridor. Running water is available only outside the domain but it can be easily installed inside  upon your request. The property is in a state of good preservation and wouldn't need a lot of renovations before it becomes suitable for living. Only a bathroom and  a toilet need to be built, which can be done by our local team of builders. The plot is disposed on 500 sq. m. it is fenced and features a number of  shady trees. The village offers all main amenities, such as a medical service, a post office, a cable TV, a mobile service, shops and cafes. If there is anything you can not find in the village, you will surely find it in the adjacent towns of Elhovo and Yambol. The village is surrounded by a low woody hills and the Tundja river passes near it that is why it offers a lot of opportunities as leisure activities – hunting, hiking or fishing. Once you have been here, you would be  grabbed by the pure nature, fresh air, cordial people and calm way of living.
