This estate is located in a picturesque area, high in the Rhodopy Mountains and 70km away from the town of Kardjali. This two-storey stone house spreads  over 110sq.m of living area and a garden of 1000sq.m. The ground floor consists of 3 rooms with concrete flooring, stone walls, wooden window frames and a hall. The upper floor is with wooden flooring and is situated by the same way.
