The accommodation  is situated at the end of the village revealing an astonishing views towards the  flat country. It is so close to the town of Elhovo that you can see it from your window. The living space is 35 sq.m. consisting of two rooms and a corridor. There is running water and electricity connection installed in the house. The toilet is outside and is connected to a septic tank. There isn't a  sewerage available but it can be easily installed upon your request. The yard is disposed on  1200 sq. m. The village of  Izgrev provides all necessary amenities – a medical service, a post office, a mobile service, a regular transport to the town of Elhovo, shops and cafes.
