The estate we offer you is one storey house located in the central part of the village. It is solid house with a stone base and brick walls. External stairs lead to the inner side of the house. The inside premises are disposed on 80 sq.m. living area - three rooms connected by a  corridor. There are  basement  rooms under the first floor. Outbuildings,which were used in the past  for storing implements and for the cattle are situated next to the house. The mansion is well kept but it will need a little refreshment  and refurbishing before moving in – there isn't a  septic tank and  a  toilet (as in most of the rural houses in Bulgaria) is outside the house. Our team of workers is ready to satisfy  all your requirements . The plot is enormous-1200 sq.m.It hasn't been cultivated for a long time because the  house is uninhabited so the future owner will have the chance to make it according to his demands-with a trim fruit garden, a barbecue or just a well maintained lawn.

The village is located on one of the valleys of the river Tundja  and it is surrounded by the hills of  Sakar mountain .It is one of the most preferable  regions by UK families because of the beautiful nature and friendly people.  It is only 10 km away from the town of Elhovo(one of the most famous among UK citizens  regions in Bulgaria) so if there is something you can not find in the village, you can surely find it in this town. Kniajevo is also situated very close to the Bulgarian-Turkish border . If you want to escape from the quiet and calm life in the village you have the opportunity to  entertain yourself  in some Turkish mountains or seaside resorts.
