This house extends to 80 sq. m. living space, comprising 5 spacious rooms, lying on two floors, and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape garden of 1800 sq.m., being cultivated at present. The accommodation is in very good condition and is ready to be inhabited – needs only some refreshing. Internally, there is running water on the first floor and a wire telephone built. There are some outbuildings for animals in the yard you can use if you decide to share the s typical for the “Bulgarian peasant” style of life. Another element of the “Bulgarian rural house” is the trellised vine - here, located in front of the house and welcoming everybody who has decided to spend the rest of his life.
