The accommodation is situated at the outskirts of  village revealing marvelous views towards the wooded countryside.  The house is very stable – with stone base and brick walls with no cracks on them. The estate comprises 90 sq. m. of  living area. There are three rooms and a corridor on the first floor and an external stairs lead to the second floor where three rooms are situated. There is a  small outbuilding attached to the house which the former owner  used  for a store room. The toilet is outside the residence but  it will not  be  a  problem for our team of  qualified builders to transform the inside premises  and  build a new one inside. The plot is 1600 sq. m. It is very well maintained – with flowers, trees and trellis vines in front of the house and lucerne  and corn at the back side of  the mansion. There is an asphalt road just next to the house . The village of  Krumovo is very well developed , there is a medical service, a post office, a mobile service, a regular transport, a cable TV, shops, cafes.
