Although the house is uninhabited at present, it is in a state of good preservation – with stone foundations and brick walls without any cracks on them. The living area is 80 sq. m. forming two floors and an internal staircase. The floor-plan of the two floors is the same – three rooms connected with a corridor. Only the toilet needs to be relocated inside the house and a bathroom needs to be built, which can be done by our local team of builders. The yard, extending to 1700 sq. m. hasn't been cultivated currently because there is nobody maintaining the property so the new owner will have the opportunity to make it according to his demands. A well for irrigating the garden is available. Externally, there is an outbuilding which can be used as a store room. The estate is located at the centre of the village next to a gravel road. The village is very well developed, offering all necessary amenities. It is very conveniently situated – just 30 km from one of the most sought after regions in Bulgaria by UK citizens – Elhovo, providing a lot of public amenities (schools, restaurants, pubs). Here you would have the chance to enjoy the pure nature and have a lot of new friendships not only with the native people but also with  UK families because there is a large number of  UK citizens who have already bought houses here. Hunting lovers would be able to keep practicing it because of the wooded hilly countryside surrounding the village.
