Our new offer is for a house that is located in the region of Kardjali. This two-storey house was built of stone, at the end of a small village.
The house was built in 1975 and spreads over 200 sq. m distributed between the two floors.
The ground floor provides 4 rooms, foyer and bathroom with concrete flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. The first floor comprises of 4 more rooms, again foyer and a bathroom. The flooring here is wooden.
The property is fully supplied with running water (in and outside the house) and electricity. A septic tank is provided, but it is recommendable a new one to be built, as well as an internal WC, which is possible and easy.
After a little refreshment this house can be turned into nice family house in quiet place. A cellar with 20 sq. m. area is available. The garden of the property is 2000 sq. m. big.
The village itself is a small one and offers a regular bus transport. It does not offers local shops, but every day a mobile shop brings goods to the village. The nearest town is disposed 5 km away from the village where you can find all the needed facilities. The village is at a very close distance to the road that leads to the border post with Greece. The views from the village are really beautiful.
