This good looking, brick built estate is situated at the centre of the village, about 50 m from the main asphalt road leading to Burgas. The living area is 75 sq. m. distributed into two floors. There are three rooms and a corridor on the first floor and an internal stairs lead to the second floor, where the floor-plan is the same. There is electricity connection available inside and running water is installed outside the house. The accommodation would be suitable for living after an internal and external plastering and some slight renovations. The toilet needs to be relocated inside the mansion and a bathroom isn't available. You can use the service of our  comprehensive team of workers for all necessary repairs.
