A snug, one-storey house situated in a peaceful neighbourhood  at the end of the village. The mansion consists of  three spacious rooms and an entrance hall,which can be used as a living room disposed on 80 sq. m. There is a newly built kitchenette attached to the house. It consists of  two premises, one of  them is used as a bathroom and the other as a kitchen. There is running water and electricity available in the residence. The toilet is outside the house and is connected to a septic tank. The house is in very good  shape and needs  just a slight refreshment and cleaning before moving in. Externally, there are outbuildings traditionally used by the people living in  villages for keeping animals. The plot is 800 sq. m. There is a big well  used for maintaining the garden which is with  flowers and fruit trees at the front and vegetables  at the back side of the house. The village of  Pchela is within community from the town of Elhovo – a town inhabited by  a lot of UK citizens ,which provides public amenities – schools, restaurants, shop and cafes,swimming pool. Here you will have the chance to go fishing at the artificial lakes near the village and admire  the woody countryside around.
