This one-storey brick house is located 50km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. It is spread on 100sq.m of living area with a garden of 500sq.m.. There are 4 rooms with concrete flooring, brick walls and wooden window frames, bathroom and a foyer. The property is not supplied with electricity, running water and telephone line, which are easy to be installed. A new septic tank is required to be built. The property is in a good condition, it only needs to complete the repair and refurbish work.
An asphalt road leads to the property and it is reachable throughout the year. About 200 people are living in the village, where there are shops, school, mayor’s office and cafes. Regular bus transport is servicing the village.
