The village where the house is located is a lovely place with a good location. There is a natur park in the vicinity. The area, where the house is located is appropriate for hunting. The village is also near a dam, so there are also many fishing places. The region is very beautiful and ecologically clean.
The house in close to a highway. This is a great advantage for the property, as it offers quick access to the capital(less than an hour by car), the second biggest city in Bulgaria- Plovdiv and the Bulgarian seaside too.
