The property is located in lively village 45 km away from district town Veliko Tarnovo and Gorna Oriahovitza; 30 km away form Elena and 20 km away form Zlatarica. There is а good road access to the village as it is situated just a few km from a main road and a high way Sofia – Varna (20 km).
The village is in eco-region “Sredna Qntra”.
Geographically it is located at the north foot of The Balkan, at about 600 m above sea-level. The flora and the fauna are well developed. In the forest predominant broad-leaved trees, thoroughly oak, beech and hornbeam. The place is quiet and calm. The air, the water and the earth are clean.
The village consists of about 50 houses with about 100 inhabitants.
