The estate is situated at the centre of the village and is approachable through two asphalt roads (on both sides of the house). The living area is 40 sq. m. separated into two airy rooms and a corridor. An electricity is available and  running water needs to be installed. The accommodation will need internal and external renovations, which can be done by our highly qualified team of builders upon your request. Externally, there is a  kitchenette attached to the house and a premise comfortable for a bathroom. The toilet ( as in most of the Bulgarian rural houses ) is outside the house and is connected to a canal. The yard is 1300 sq. m. It is well cultivated , with trellis vines and flowers at the front. There is a small barn at the back of the house , used  for the cattle by the former owner. The village of Slamino provides a medical, a post and a mobile service, a regular transport, shops and cafes. Fishing lovers can satisfy their passion at the artificial lake situated near the village. The picturesque countryside and the friendly climate here are perfect for  your recreation.
