This is a traditional property, built about 1930 from stones and bricks. The house consist of two floors. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms. On the first floor there is entrance, a kitchen and a living room. There is no currently no bathroom or inside toilet these can easily be installed, we can assist about that. The property has a large 2800sqm garden. Next to the house there is several building, made of kirpich ? a traditional building material of clay and straw. In the garden there is also a traditional outside sink, witch is very old. The village is only 13km from Rousse, one of the most beautiful towns in Bulgaria with excellent shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
