The residence is situated at the centre of the village, just next to the main asphalt road  leading to the town of Yambol. The living area is 100 sq. m. separated into two floors. There are two rooms and a corridor on the first floor. An external staircase leads to the second floor where three rooms, a corridor, a bathroom and a toilet (connected to a canal) are situated. The accommodation is in perfect condition for living. It would need just cleaning and refreshment. The garden (1100 sq. m.) is wide and quite attractive – with a well for irrigating the land, fruit trees, trellis vines and a lot of greenery. There are farm outbuildings outside the house. The village of  Slamino is well developed, there is a medical and a mobile service, a post office, a regular transport, shops and cafes. If there is anything you can not find in the village you will surely find it in the towns of Elhovo or Yambol, which provide a lot of public amenities, such as schools and nursery schools,  supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. This area offers fishing as a leisure activity because a small river passes through the village and an artificial lake is situated close to the village or you can just walk about the picturesque countryside.
