The estate is disposed on 90 sq. m. of living area and a well maintained yard comprising 1000 sq. m. The disposition of the rooms on both floors is the same – three rooms connected with a corridor. There is a big terrace on the second floor revealing marvelous views towards the whole village. There is electricity connection and running water (connected to a sewerage) available inside the mansion. The estate is very well preserved as it is inhabited at the moment. It would need only cleaning and refreshment before it becomes suitable for living. The house is located in the middle part of the village, just next to an asphalt road which makes it easily approachable all year round. The village of Malomir is well supplied with a medical, a post and a mobile service, a cable TV, shops and cafes. The wooded hills near the village are haven for different species of wild animals so you can spend your free hunting or hiking there. Fishing lovers would have the opportunity to satisfy their passion at the Tundja river, passing five km away from the village.
