The accommodation is situated at the centre of the village, near a gravel road. The living area is 50 sq. m. forming three rooms connected with a corridor and comprises a yard of 2000 sq. m. Most of the building is stone built , which gives an additional stability. There is running water and electricity connection  installed in the house. The toilet, as in most of the Bulgarian rural houses is located outside the mansion. It is possible the house to be connected to a sewerage  if the new owner require. There are external premises built in the plot which were used for the cattle by the former owner. The village of  Borisovo provides a medical service, a post office, shops. The village boasts its  picturesque, woody landscape and a river running nearby so this is the perfect place for those wishing to hunt, fish, hike, cycle and bird watch and for all others  who are nature lovers.
