This is a huge part of land located in only 30-40min away from the aiport in Varna city. The land is 16000sqm. and it is suitable for hunt tourism, fishing or basis for horse racing. In the past it was a farm. The land is situated in a village which is with clean air and amazing view. A 200m away from the village there is a railstation named Oborishte. There is a good asphalt road- Dobrich-Vedrin-Vulchi dol. Very close to the village is the sea city-Varna town which is the second in size town in Bulgaria. People called it the sea capital of Bulgaria. The town owned advanced tourism and is one of the oldest cities. Of course there are a lot of restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs.
