This property is situated in a pretty village, only 15 min away from the city of Bourgas - a regional administrative center with an international airport and seaport; train station and all conveniences typical for the big city. One of the oldest Bulgarian towns - Nessebar and the largest sea resort Sunny beach are only 30 min away. The old part of Nessebar, situated on a picturesque peninsula is a historical and architectural reserve included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The modern sea resort of Sunny Beach provides not just wide long golden beaches, but and numerous entertainments and sport facilities for everybody's taste.
