Great plot of land, just 500 metres from a beautiful lake, and next to a natural park. The busy and historical town of Rousse is only a 5 minute drive away. An airport can be found nearby in neighbouring Romania, at Bucharest, which is approximately 60km away. There are regular trains to Bulgaria. An alternative is to take a taxi into Rousse. There is an asphalt road most of the way to the land, with the last 50/60 metres being a 'black road' (dirt track). There are about 50 - 60 grape plants in the vineyard.
