Fantastic plot of land, nicely set in a quiet mountain area 3 km away from the ski resort of Borovets. The plot is 1030 sq.m vast and is not regulated at the moment, though this can be easily done. It is suitable for building a family holiday home or two-three chalets. According to the recent information in the press, the region is to be included in the Super Borovets project. The plot is bordering an asphalt road and a deep pine forest. The views revealed are towards the mountain slopes of Rila. The region is ideal for mountain tourism, skiing, snowboarding and active recreation.
