This rural house is located in the middle of the village 15 km away from the city of Pleven and 2 km away from a big dam.
It is one-storey house with living area of 80 sq. m. The house was built in 1960. There are four rooms, two corridors, and a glazed entrance with wooden floors, wallpapered walls and two-wing glazed windows. A bathroom/wc is provided. Electricity and water outside are available. Telephone line can easily beinstalled.
The house needs repair of the bathroom and the kitchenette, certain refreshment and cleaning.
An asphalt road leads to the house and makes it reachable even in winter.
The garden is 600 sq. m. There are a summer kitchen, farm buildings, well with a pump. There are good conditions for the garage to be built.
A highway road Sofia-Varna is nearby. In the village, you can find a mayor office, medical center, school, culture center, café, shops, and regular transport to the nearby cities. There are good conditions for rural tourism and fishing.
