These lovely rural houses are located in a hilly area, 60km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. The main house provides over 100sq.m of living area with a huge garden of 1000sq.m. The ground floor consists of 3 rooms with concrete flooring, stone walls, wooden window frames and a bathroom. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 3 rooms with wooden flooring and a foyer. The estate is provided with electricity and running water both inside and outside. A new septic tank is required to be built. The additional building consists of two rooms which can be transformed into a summer kitchen, guest house or whatever else you choose to do – it’s up to your imagination! There is a garage for two cars as well.
Although there are living people the houses are in a basic condition and they need a total repair work. The road to the property is asphalt and is reachable throughout the year. Regular bus transport is servicing the village. There are local shops and a mayor’s office.
