These 2-storey traditional stone houses are situated in a very calm and peaceful village in the skirts of Rhodopy Mountain, 40km. away from the regional center – Kardjali. The first house is spread on 70sq.m living area and the second one – 80sq.m. The garden is a huge – 3500sqm. The first house provides:
- on first floor there are 2 separate rooms, based on hardened earth, stone walls and wooden window frames;
- on second floor there are 3 rooms, based on wooden flooring, stone walls and window frames;
The second house comprises of:

- on second floor there are 4 rooms, based on wooden flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames;
The both houses need overall renovation. The wall of one of the houses is demolished. You can transform the smaller house into very pleasant guest home. The yard is very big so you can build a swimming pool. The electricity is not arranged but it can be easily installed. The running water is outside but it can be connected inside the properties. A new septic tank needs to be made.
