The plots cover 1400 sq. m. each, (combined they provide 2800 sq.m.); they are regulated (there is permission to built on them) and offer fantastic views to the nearby lake. The plot is situated close to the main road - Kardjali - Sofia, so it is easily accessible throughout the year. All necessary facilities – electricity, running water can be led to the plots. The plots are 200 km from Sofia International Airport and only 20 km north of Kardjali town. The region is good for fishing, hunting, water sports, mountaineering and rural tourism. Only 8 km away is located the small spa resort of Haskovski Mineralni Bani, which provides plenty of facilities for spa procedures.
