The estate is one-storey, brick built building with a big glazed veranda  at the front. It is disposed on 90 sq. m. of  living space forming four spacious rooms and a big entrance hall. There are inner stairs leading to the attic, which you can use for storing some belongings. There is running water and electricity available in the house and a telephone line can be easily installed upon your request. The toilet, as in most of  the Bulgarian rural houses is outside and a bathroom needs to be built. We kindly recommend you our team of highly qualified builders to help you with the reforming. The house is in a state of good preservation and needs just refreshment and cleaning before the new owners move in. The yard  extending to 600 sq.m. hasn't been cultivated currently. There are trellis vines in front of  the residence, where you can relax during the hot summer days. The house is with great location-just at the centre of the village, opposite the Municipality building, next to cafes and shops. The village of Srem provides a medical service, a post office, a mobile service, a regular transport. It is located  on one of the valleys of Tundja river where you can go fishing, or you can go hunting in the forests surrounding the village. Srem is situated within a short distance driving from the Bulgarian-Turkish Check point so if you want to change the  calm life in the village you can visit our South 'neighbour'. You will surely like it here!
