An abandoned, one storey house situated in the centre of the village near town of Elhovo in Yambol region. The living area (70 sq. m. ) is separated into five spacious rooms, kitchenette and the garden extends to 800 sq. m. There is a glazed veranda at the front part of the house, where you can spend your afternoons admiring the splendid views . The residence is in comparatively good condition with stone base and  adobe walls.  It will need a slight renovation and refreshment before moving in.  The toilet, as in most of the rural houses in Bulgaria, is outside. A  sewerage is available in the house so it will be easy to  build  an  inner toilet. There is electricity in the house.  There are outbuildings next to the house, which were used  for  the cattle by the former owners. The garden features with its fruit trees and trellis vine but it hasn't been cultivated  recently. There is a well in front of the house so it will be easy for the new owner to maintain his lawn. The access to the house is very easy through  a gravel road. The village provides all main services – a medical centre, a post office, a regular transport, a cable TV ,a mobile service ,supermarkets, cafes. The area is remarkable for its beautiful nature, fresh air , calmness and  peacefulness. There you have a great opportunities to relax and enjoy yourself -  you can go hunting in the hills or fishing at the artificial lakes, located close to the village.
