This rural Bulgarian house is located in a village in Pleven region, 40 km away from the town of Pleven, 190 km. away from Sofia and 35 km away from the high-way Sofia – Varna.
The house is one storey, plastered outside and offers accommodation of 60 sq. m. of living area.  The house includes three rooms. The premises are with white washed walls, linoleum flooring, and two-winged and double glazed windows. In the house there is a cellar of 15 sq. m.
Water outside and electricity is provided in the house. The toilet is outside the house.
The road that leads to the property is asphalt. In the property, there is no garage built, but it can easily be done. For heating wood fire and electricity can be used.
The garden is 1500 sq. m. big. There is a well with a pump, vine yard and a summer kitchen.
The house was built in 1940.
The area is suitable for fishing and water sports. The river of Iskar passes only 1 km. away form the property and the Danube river is 5 km. away.
