The estate is peacefully located at the end of the village in a quiet neighbourhood. It is disposed on 90 sq. m. of living space divided into two floors. The disposition of the rooms on both floors is the same – three rooms connected with a corridor. There is a glazed porch on the first floor and  a big terrace on the second revealing astonishing views towards the countryside. The toilet is outside the mansion and a bathroom needs to be built. The accommodation is very stable -  brick built. Our local team of  builders can bring it to a reasonable standard for living after plastering and refreshment. The plot is 700 sq. m. there is  a trim garden with vegetables, fruit trees and a lot of greenery surrounding the house. A drill for irrigating the land is available in the yard. There are external premises, used for the cattle and for storing some implements in the past, situated at the back of the house. The mansion is accessible through a dirt road. A medical, a post and a mobile service, shops and cafes are available in the village of Rujitsa. The woody countryside, the forest and the small river passing through the village give you a lot of opportunities for leisure activities – hunting, climbing, hiking or  fishing.
