The property is in the centre of  the village.The house is one storey with 50 sq.m living space and 3 rooms.It is not inhabited.There is water supply inside the house and  premises could be transformed easily and modernized ,if there`s need.It is in a good condition and needs cleaning of course .Our group of very skilled workers could help in repairing.The yard is 1 500 sq.m big and is not cultivated at the moment but weather conditions are excellent for all kinds of agricultural works.Nature is beautiful and you can enjoy it during all seasons.It provokes you for different activities and ideas of spending your free time.In the neighbouring village there is a spa spring.You can travel easily not only by car,but by plane too,because there is an international airport nearby.
