The first floor consists of  a garage and a cellar. An external staircases lead to the second floor which comprises of  three spacious rooms, a kitchen and a corridor, the living area is 85sq. m. In the corridor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is brick built the floor is timber and it has running water, electricity and telephone line. The yard is 850 sq. m., there is a well and an outbuilding near the house which was used for keeping animals in the past.
