This is a lovely single story rural and cheap village house, built in 1961 from concrete and bricks. It consists of an entrance room, living room, two bedrooms and balcony. There is another separate building, witch comprises of an entrance, inside bathroom and a large kitchen-dinner. The toilet is outside at the moment, but it can be brought inside (we can assist with building if required). In the 1000sqm garden there are several farming buildings, 400sqm vineyard and some fruit-trees - apples, apricots, etc.
