This is a huge complex, which consists of 15000sqm land. It was built in 1997 from concrete and bricks and consists of a motel, restaurant, petrol station and a truck parking area. The motel comprises of 3 seperate buildings.Each 200sqm, there are around 17 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms + toilets. In front of the motel there is a small parking area - about 200sqm. The restaurant is about 300sqm, disposes of 50 seats inside and 200 seats outside. The petrol station has 6 petrol pumps, also a shop (12sqm), office + two additional rooms.
