The accommodation we offer you is located near the centre of the village. It consists of three rooms and a corridor disposed on 70 sq. m. living area.  There are premises under the first floor  which can be used  as a basement. Externally there are outbuildings which in the past were used  for storing farm implements and for the cattle. Although the mansion is uninhabited  it is  in comparatively good condition because it is very strong- with stone foundation and brick walls. The yard is 700 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated currently so the new owner will have the opportunity to let his imagination free and make it according to his demands. There is no toilet and running water connection installed in the house but it will not be a problem for our highly professional builders to build a new one inside. The village of Kniajevo  provides all main services – a medical service, a post office, a regular transport, a mobile service, cafes, restaurants, shops. It is very strategically located - 10 km from Elhovo(one of the most sought after regions by UK families in Bulgaria) and it is also very close to the Bulgarian-Turkish border.
